| Távértékesítést végző (webshop értékesítés) nem magyarországi cégek számára kiterjesztett gyártói felelősségi díj képviseleti szolgáltatást biztosítunk.
80/2023. (III.14) kormányrendelet 10§.
10. § (1) A külföldön letelepedett és belföldön körforgásos terméket forgalomba hozó gyártó az e rendeletben meghatározott kötelezettségeit belföldön letelepedett és magyarországi adószámmal rendelkező, írásbeli meghatalmazással kijelölt természetes vagy jogi személy képviselő (a továbbiakban: meghatalmazott képviselő) útján is teljesítheti.
(2) A külföldön letelepedett és belföldön elektronikus kereskedelmi szolgáltatásként körforgásos terméket forgalomba hozó gyártó az e rendeletben meghatározott kötelezettségeit meghatalmazott képviselő útján teljesíti.
(3) A meghatalmazott képviselő felel a gyártó e rendelet szerinti kötelezettségeinek teljesítéséért.

2. § E törvény alkalmazásában:
14.forgalomba hozatal: a termékdíjköteles termék tulajdonjogának
c) külföldön letelepedett gyártó által elektronikus kereskedelmi szolgáltatásként belföldre, végfelhasználók részére történő átruházása,
ideértve a tulajdonjog más termék tartozékaként vagy alkotórészeként való átruházását, továbbá a csomagolószer csomagolás részekénti átruházását;

10 (1) A manufacturer established abroad and placing a circular product on the domestic market may fulfil the obligations set out in this Regulation through a natural or legal person established in Hungary and having a Hungarian tax number and appointed by written authorisation as a representative (hereinafter referred to as "authorised representative").
(2) A manufacturer established abroad and placing a circular product on the market as an electronic commerce service domestically shall fulfil its obligations under this Regulation through an authorised representative.
(3) The authorised representative shall be responsible for the performance of the obligations of the manufacturer under this Regulation.

Section 2 For the purposes of this Act:
14.placing on the market: the ownership of a product subject to a product charge
c) the transfer of the ownership of the product subject to the levy of the levy by a producer established abroad to end-users in the territory of the country as an electronic commercial service,
including the transfer of ownership as an accessory or component part of another product, and the transfer of ownership of packaging material as a packaging part;
